A digital sign company called John Ryan Performance signed the first office lease in the MoZaic office and retail development that’s under construction at 1350 Lagoon Ave. in Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood.

said Thursday that John Ryan Performance has signed a lease for office space in the 10-story MoZaic development on Lake Street in Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood.
JoAnna Hicks, director of development for Minneapolis-based Ackerberg, said John Ryan will move into 12,400 square feet on the eighth floor when the project is complete this spring.
